Maryland court states Law Does Not Deny Basic Rights, Is Not Biased, Court Rules

Courts in Maryland ruled that discrimination does not take place nor are constitutional rights denied in thier laws that prohibit same-gender marriage, but rather protect the state's interest to have and protect children.
